America’s #1 Protection
Xxponet is a unique Anti-Corrosion Micro Clear Coat Formula developed to provide the best protection available for urethane paints, fiberglass, aluminum, ferrous metals, plastics, and other substrates.
Through corroboration and cooperation among numerous laboratories, a new system of protective coatings was developed for the surfaces of the latest high tech aircraft.
The results were micro-thin, fast drying , clear films which inhibit corrosion and oxidation on the surface of today's state of the art aircraft substrates. The films have excellent adhesion, resistance and filling properties.
Due to the non-porous cure and high gloss retention, the films provide substantial reductions in parasite drag, contaminant adhesion, UV radiation, icing, and chemical attack.
Applications on substrates such as: Urethane Paints, the new High Tech Plastics, Clear Coats and Aerospace Metals, will substantially inhibit surface oxidation, corrosion and salt attack. The net effect on such surfaces is: extended life expectancy, reduction in maintenance costs, improved slip-stream and a vastly improved appearance. |

Xxponet coatings meet or exceed the specifications set by the Military and Aircraft Manufacturers.
• The coatings are easy to apply utilizing common equipment such as Orbital Polishers, Circular Polishers, Airless Spray Systems, and Atomizing Equipment.
• Clearcoat System is designed to provide a barrier of protection against chemi-cals, salts, ultra violet rays, detergents, and various other detrimental surface contaminates. Clearcoat was developed for use on Urethane films, Conventional Paints, Plastics, Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals, Fiberglass Gelcoats and various other substrates.
• For Maximum Protection or in Highly Corrosive Environments. ALWAYS add the activator to the Clearcoat. Mix activator (catalyst) and Clearcoat in the supplied container using a ratio of 1/2 ounce per pint (16 oz.). Mix only the amount needed for the immediate application. Mix until a uniform consistency is achieved. Normally, a single even coating is adequate protection. However, multiple coats may also be applied. Before application, the surface must be clean and free of dirt, heavy oxidation, residues, etc.. For best results, apply the mixture with an orbital polisher. Always apply the mixture to the applicator first. The applicator should be made of either clean foam or soft clean cloth. Allow the Clearcoat to dry to the touch before buffing. Buffing may be accomplished using an orbital polisher with clean bonnets, or by hand with clean towels. Wipe off any excess residue with a clean cloth. Avoid washing the coated surface for 24 hours. For superior protection, Annual applications are recommended.
